ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Each item is specially created to your specifications and cannot be resold. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Quality Guarantee

While all sales are final, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve any manufacturing defects or shipping damage on a case-by-case basis.
